I canceled my subscription quickly it was surprisingly easy. I was expecting some annoying runaround or, wait, I also liked that I didn’t have to chat with anyone forever. No weird hassle, no pressure, just done.

I picked these up mainly because I wanted to try the pouch support, it ended up being better than I expected. I figured it might be comfortable for a few hours, but I wore them all day without any annoying adjusting or weird fit issues. Definitely wish I had ordered more than one pair.

I wash them often, so I figured the seams might start getting weird or the fabric would stretch out by now, but nope. They still feel good and look pretty much the same. I’m giving Shinesty 5 stars mostly because the pattern options are just really fun. I wanted something that wasn’t plain or boring, and wow, there were way more choices than I expected. Some of them are loud, some are a little strange, but somehow in a good way. It took me forever to choose because I kept scrolling and changing my mind. Great site to browse, although at one point I was like, okay, please let me make a decision already. Still, very enjoyable overall

I ordered from shinesty and overall the packaging was solid. Nothing super fancy, but everything came in a clean box and was packed neatly enough. No damage to the clothes and no weird smells, which I always get a little nervous about when ordering apparel online. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the outer box was kind of beat up when it arrived. The items inside were totally fine, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Has anyone else had that happen with their order?

shinesty has some genuinely fun stuff. Weird, bold, kind of ridiculous in a good way. The site was easy enough to get around too. No big complaints there. But the pricing... yeah, that part got a little annoying. Some of the deals looked better at first, then once I got to the cart it felt different. Like, wait, what happened to the price I thought I was getting? Not a horrible experience. Just one of those things that makes you slow down and double check everything. I’d maybe order again, honestly. But next time I’d be paying way closer attention before hitting checkout

I do like the underwear, and the website is easy to use overall. The subscription part, though, could definitely be clearer. I was sure I skipped a month, but then I still got charged, so maybe I missed a button or didn’t confirm something? I’m not totally sure.
